These draft terms describe the basic conditions for using Britto IT's website, accounts, programs, and learning platform.

Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login details, and activity carried out through your account. Course access is personal to the enrolled student and remains subject to the program's availability, enrollment status, verified payment, and platform access rules.
Personal-use course licence
Unless Britto IT agrees otherwise in writing, learning materials are provided for the enrolled student's personal educational use. You must not share accounts, resell access, record restricted content, or copy, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit course materials without permission.
Payments and verification
Manual payments require review before enrollment and course access are activated. Students must use the payment instructions shown by Britto IT and submit accurate sender and transaction-reference information. A payment submission does not by itself confirm payment or activate access.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload harmful material, misuse another person's information, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable rights or disrupts other learners.
Content, outcomes, and availability
Britto IT retains its rights in its brand and original learning materials. Educational content and guidance do not guarantee employment, income, business results, or a particular outcome. Britto IT aims to keep the service available but may need to maintain, update, suspend, or correct parts of it.
General limitation
To the extent reasonably permitted, Britto IT is not responsible for outcomes based on individual decisions, third-party services, internet availability, devices, market conditions, or use of the platform outside its intended educational purpose. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
